Having a hard time deciding where to go at Bulacan? Why not experience a different side of Bulacan and visit San Rafael River Adventure (SRRA)? Unlike most resorts at Bulacan that feature large water parks and extravagant galores, SRRA features none of those. Rather than that, SRRA boasts the serenity of nature accompanied by a lot of unique activities that will definitely purge your stressful days away.

Currently, it features 2 beautiful architecturally designed glass cottages to spend your night, plus giving you a very beautiful view of the water reservoir of San Rafael while chilling on its unique infinity pool.

This is also a perfect place to hold events such as team building activities. Not only do they offer
an Itinerary for Team Building, they have a wide array of activities to offer – from kayaking, atv, paddling, “baboy ramo” catching, jet skiing, bamboo bridge challenge, and even have floating restaurants in place atop San Rafael’s water reservoir. More info at http://www.srra.ph/

The unique thing about this place is not only it’s seclusion, but also the fact that you certainly won’t have too many people crowding along the resort. So you could do your thing – either actively roll with the activities or just passively lay back and enjoy the view. Now lets see a different kind of Bulacan and rediscover what SRRA brings us!

How to Get Here

It’s probably best if you rented a car or drive your own to get here as this place is a little bit secluded and public transport may be burdensome – especially if you have a lot of stuff to bring in

  1. Take any comfortable route and enter NLEX
  2. Exit at Balagtas Exit and travel straight up Plaridel Bypass Road and turn left upon reaching General Santos Highway
  3. Find your way thru Bustos and cross C. Hilario bridge and turn right towards A. Mabini street
  4. At a fork, take the right path along Barangay Tambubong road and follow your way until you reach Libis road (San Rafael)
  5. At this town, it’s a well known resort so you could basically ask locals here. It’s a hard right along Libis road so don’t miss the sign.

Keep in Mind..

No corkage fee. You could bring your own food. Grilled station is available. Their full menu and/or buffet is only available during summer (peak season). During the off seasons, you could ask them what food is available for cooking. Pets are allowed.

A nature oriented resort indeed.

The pool’s unique design is because the owner simply does not want to cut down trees.

Also a great place for weddings and reception because of it’s spacious gardens.
