Located at he small city of Cavinti Laguna, and beyond the outskirts of the city lie Eco Saddle. A peaceful haven made possible by the famous Caliraya Lake. Here, you’ll never run out of things to do – or even better, don’t do anything at all. ๐
How to Get Here
Via Private Vehicle
We recommend traveling on your own vehicles or even renting one to reach Eco Saddle. It would be more convenient and less of a hassle in bringing a mayhem of load.
From Manila, you can travel via SLEX and exit on Calamba. Follow the Philippine Highway and take a right turn upon reaching National Highwa. Travel East passing Los Banos, Sta. Cruz, then Pagsanjan. Upon reaching Pagsanjan proper, turn left at Pagsanjan Church and travel north for 600m. There you’ll reach a split, take the right path going uphill (Lumban-Caliraya-Cavinti Road). Just follow the path until you reach Caliraya lake. You wont miss it! Eco Saddle is located just past the Japanese Gardens. It has a small sign pointing you to turn left. Just ask the locals here in case you get weary of directions.

Hi! May I ask for the contact number? Can we go there without a reservation? Thank you.
Yeah you could go there without any reservations. We did that. For contacts please see previous comments..
can we cut fire wood there?
Uhmm I don’t think they allow camp fires or even cutting down trees as I did not see anyone doing so when we got there. But if you want to cook, you could bring your butane stoves.
Hi!So cottages cost 2500-3800 php (20 people), but what if it’s less than 10? Or are there other cottages which can accomodate atleast 5 person? ‘Cause three of my friends are planning to go there and they invited me to come.

is fishing on the lake allowed?
Hi Kiko, that I actually do not know. Probably the best person to ask is Albertine from the updated contact info in my blog ๐
Have a safe trip.
Good afternoon, may i ask its allowed their if its okay have events like Youth Summer Camp from the Church?
Well I think its ok to do so if you’re renting a cottage to house your things or something. Though since firewood is not an option, it’s better to ask the contacts from above ๐ They may have new rules nowadays, haven’t been there in a while now you see ๐
if ever, would you have there a session hall for camping? thank You ๐
There’s always a space for camping, just bring your groundsheets or flysheets out. Though for firewood that I think is prohibited nowadays. You could call the contact above as well for further information. ๐
i want to make advance reservation,do u have office here in makati

I can’t open their facebook. Do you know if they still run the business? Thanks
Hmm you’re right. though it’s really hard to maintain a page in a place where internet is not actually good. You could just drop by there and I assure you it will be there. Just had some friends bike there last month and said the place is now booming! ๐
