I’m a casual photographer.
Well, I do know the technicalities of the camera,
The deep meaning within it’s exposure
And the clarity of shutter speeds.
Though I’m not really a good one.
I don’t master settings for each environment.
I can’t create shots that I imagine too.
No way could I predict the correct white balance in most cases.
I even prefer to use auto modes and just shoot in jpeg.
Sometimes it’s just easier to bring in my phone too.
Well, that’s me on the technical side of things.
I think my shots are in irony to my disinterested skills.
They always take you somewhere.
Never the effect of a high dynamic range,
Even compressed to a lower resolution as well.
But surely, it will bring you where I’ve been.
I wan’t people to see how beautiful the world is
Before even thinking that I’m in it.
I want them to think “That place is awesome!”,
then say, “I want to go there too!”
I wanted the shot to feel alive
Sometimes I forget how bad the photograph is
Blurry parts and incorrect framing
Grey parts and no subject detail,
You name it…
But I guess you get my point
It’s just how my photography works
Bad as it may seem
My intent will be clear and true.
